All ball guards are individually packaged and enclosed in plastic bags within industry standard cartons for secure shipment. Pole mounts are available in either single pieces or two-pack cartons with larger quantities shipping double packed. We are constantly adding to our product line offerings and are committed to bringing the finest fitting and cosmetically appealing speaker guards to Bose dealers nationwide as well as internationally. Further, we recognize the need to be able to deliver this product promptly so that dealers may complete their projects on time. To that extent, we maintain a large on-hand inventory available for immediate shipment either direct-to-dealer or drop shipped to the job site. We soon realized that if we could produce a good enough product at a price point that would allow dealers across the nation to profit from reselling these guards to their customers, we may be able to capitalize on a new revenue stream. We made the initial ball guard for the Bose model 402-II loudspeaker available to a few dealers. After several months we were shipping them to over 20 different dealers and getting requests weekly for various brackets and mounts. As demand increased, we designed additional guards to eventually include the 802-III, MA12, 502, 32SE and a 402-II pivoting beam mount bracket. Audiomatrix, Inc. provides Bose Professional Systems Division dealers across the country with a wide range of exclusively designed loudspeaker ball guards, pole mount brackets and other various mounting hardware. Our guards are crafted with extreme precision from specified tooling meeting our high design standards and then finished with a super tough epoxy powder coat finish to closely match the paint spec of the appropriate Bose loudspeaker. Our primary finish is either light gloss white or satin black. 
As a Pro Audio company for over 50 years, and a Bose Professional Systems Division dealer for over 20 years, we began designing and fabricating ball guards for Bose product strictly for use with our own installation projects over three years ago. We attempted to locate others in the industry that could provide those products to us, but found little to choose from and were not satisfied with product quality, delivery or availability. At that time, our Company name was Background Music, Inc. It became clear that if we were going to provide a quality product to our customer then we were going to have to design and build it ourselves. That is exactly what we did.
The increased demand caught up with us in early 2007 and we had to completely revamp our ball guard process in order to maintain consistent quality while still being able to deliver product on time. We now have that behind us after a five month transition period and are positioned better than ever to deliver the products that Bose dealers have come to know and use.
